The invention relates to the technical field of high-altitude welding assistance, and discloses a bridge truss high-altitude welding assisting device which comprises a bottom plate, four universal wheels are rotatably mounted at the bottom of the bottom plate, a net plate is fixedly mounted at the top of the bottom plate, two protection plates are arranged on the inner side of the net plate, and sliding rails are fixedly mounted on the two sides of the inner wall of the net plate. The connecting plates are pushed to drive the lantern rings and the pawls to rotate and open, then the protective plates located on the front side and the rear side are pulled upwards, the protective plates slide upwards on the inner side of the net plate through the sliding rails and the sliding grooves to be unfolded, then force applied to the connecting plates is released, and it is guaranteed that the pawls are inserted into the corresponding ratchet grooves through torsion of the torsion springs and the spring rods; the position where the protective plate is located just shields the upper body of a person, the position where the mesh plate is located shields the lower body of the person, double-layer shielding protection is achieved, welding sparks are prevented from being splashed on clothes of the person to make contact with the clothes, and then welding safety is improved.

    本发明涉及高空焊接辅助技术领域,且公开了一种桥梁桁架高空焊接辅助装置,包括底板,所述底板的底部转动安装有四个万向轮,所述底板的顶部固定安装有网板,所述网板的内侧设置有两个护板,所述网板的内壁两侧均固定安装有滑轨。通过推动连接板带着套环和棘爪进行转动张开,再对位于前后两侧的护板进行上拉,护板通过滑轨和滑槽在网板内侧向上滑动展开,之后松开对连接板的施力,扭簧和弹簧杆的扭力保证棘爪插入对应的棘槽,继而保证向上滑动位置后的护板不会下掉,护板所在位置正好遮挡住人员的上半身,网板所在位置遮挡人员的下半身,双层遮挡防护,防止焊接火花溅射在人员衣服接触,继而提高了焊接安全性。
