The invention relates to a dual-redundancy electric cylinder which solves the technical problems that in the prior art, force fighting in mechanical design is difficult to debug, the working performance of a single-path motor is poor, and the load of a fault-path motor needs to be borne. The device comprises a reduction gearbox, a motor group and a cylinder body, the motor group comprises two motors; the cylinder body comprises a cylinder barrel; the reduction gearbox comprises a transmission module and two planetary gear reducers connected with the motor; a lead screw, a lead screw nut, a push rod and a pull ring are arranged in the cylinder barrel; the transmission module comprises an input gear, a lead screw gear and a differential planetary gear train; the input gear is a first output, a sun gear of the differential planetary gear train is a second output, and the input gear is meshed with outer teeth of a gear ring of the input gear; the differential planetary gear train is coaxially provided with a transmission gear, and the transmission gear is meshed with the lead screw gear; through the design of the differential planetary gear train, only one of the two motors provides input power during driving, the performance of a main channel and the performance of a backup channel are basically the same, and the main channel and the backup channel can be interchanged.

    本发明涉及一种双余度电动缸,解决了现有技术存在机械设计上的力纷争较难调试、单路电机工作性能较弱,且需要负担故障路电机负载的技术问题。本发明包括减速箱、电机组和缸体;电机组包括两个电机;缸体包括缸筒;减速箱包括传动模块及两个与电机连接的行星齿轮减速器;缸筒内设置有丝杠、丝杠螺母、推杆及拉环;传动模块包括输入齿轮、丝杠齿轮,以及差动行星轮系;输入齿轮为第一输出,差动行星轮系的太阳轮为第二输出,输入齿轮与其齿圈外齿啮合;差动行星轮系的同轴设有传动齿轮,传动齿轮与丝杠齿轮啮合;本发明通过差动行星轮系的设计,两个电机在驱动时仅有一个提供输入动力,主份、备份通道的性能基本相同,且主备身份可以互换。
