The invention provides a helicopter reference section digital and high-precision flexible attitude adjusting system and method.The system comprises a cross beam, a stand column, measuring equipment, a six-degree-of-freedom main speed reducer positioning tool and digital attitude adjusting equipment, an attitude adjusting measuring field is constructed through the measuring equipment, attitude adjusting of a helicopter fuselage is achieved through the digital attitude adjusting equipment, and the attitude adjusting precision of the helicopter reference section is improved. After the posture of the helicopter body section is adjusted in place, the position of the intersection point hole in the top of the reference section of the helicopter is fixed by utilizing the six-degree-of-freedom main speed reducer positioning tool, so that digital posture adjusting equipment is matched with the six-degree-of-freedom main speed reducer positioning tool for use, and the reference section of the helicopter is fixed in an up-and-down aligned manner; and it is ensured that the helicopter reference section and the top intersection hole of the helicopter reference section are kept unchanged in posture during multi-section posture adjustment butt joint, movement of the helicopter body sections in the butt joint process is avoided, and the precision and quality of assembly butt joint are improved.
本发明提出一种直升机基准段数字化、高精度柔性调姿系统与方法,系统包括横梁、立柱、测量设备、六自由度主减速器定位工装与数字化调姿设备,利用测量设备构建调姿测量场,利用数字化调姿设备实现直升机机身的调姿,并在机身段调姿到位后,利用六自由度主减速器定位工装实现直升机基准段顶部交点孔的位置固定,从而通过将数字化调姿设备与六自由度主减速器定位工装配合使用,对直升机基准段采用上下齐固定的方式,确保直升机基准段及其顶部交点孔在多段调姿对接时保持位姿不变,避免机身段对接过程中发生移动,提高装配对接的精度和质量。
