The invention discloses an aircraft main landing gear emergency breaking safety pin and a machining method thereof, the safety pin is in a hollow cylinder shape, and breaking weak grooves are formed in two positions, corresponding to bearing shearing force, in an inner hole respectively; a thickened section is arranged between the two broken weak grooves, and the diameter of the inner hole corresponding to the thickened section is smaller than that of the inner hole in other positions; the groove bottom of the broken weak groove and the step surfaces of the equal straight sections on the two sides are in circular bead transition connection; according to the emergency breaking safety pin, the breaking weak grooves are designed, accurate breaking can be controlled, the breaking area can be limited, meanwhile, the fatigue strength can be improved through the design of the R areas in fillet transition connection between the groove bottoms of the breaking weak grooves and the equal-straight-section step faces on the two sides, and the static strength can be improved through the arrangement of the thickening sections between the two breaking weak grooves. The actually-measured disconnection value can be controlled within the range of +/-4% near a set threshold value, and accurate disconnection is achieved. The invention also discloses a processing method thereof.
本发明公开了一种飞机主起落架应急断离保险销及其加工方法,保险销为中空筒型,在内孔中对应承载剪切力的两个位置分别设有断离薄弱槽;两个断离薄弱槽之间为加厚段,加厚段对应的内孔直径小于其他位置的内孔直径;所述断离薄弱槽的槽底与两侧等直段台阶面之间以圆角过渡连接;本方案的应急断离保险销,设计断离薄弱槽,不但能控制精准断离,还能限制断离区域,同时断离薄弱槽的槽底与两侧等直段台阶面之间以圆角过渡连接的R区设计可以提高疲劳强度,两个断离薄弱槽之间加厚段的设置可以提高静强度。实测断离值可控制在设定阈值附近±4%范围内,实现精准断离。本发明还公开了其加工方法。
