The invention belongs to the technical field of ventilation devices, and particularly relates to a ship purification and disinfection type air conditioner ventilation device which comprises a ventilation pipe, the ventilation pipe is in an inverted-U shape, the upper end of the ventilation pipe is an air inlet end, the lower end of the ventilation pipe is an air outlet end, and a motor is installed at the position, close to the air inlet end, of the upper half portion in the ventilation pipe through a first installation frame. The output end of the motor is connected with a first fan blade. According to the invention, when meshes of the filter screen need to be cleaned, a vent valve is firstly closed, a dust discharge valve is opened, a motor is started to drive a rotating rod to rotate, the rotating rotating rod drives elastic bristles on a cleaning brush to cover and clean the meshes of the filter screen, and the motor also drives a second fan blade to rotate, so that dust attached to the surface of the filter screen can be conveniently blown off by generated wind power; after cleaning is conducted for a period of time, the motor is stopped, dust stands still for a period of time, most of dust freely falling is discharged to the outside through the dust discharging pipe, and a dust receiving device can be installed at the bottom of the dust discharging pipe for centralized collection and treatment.
