Under the condition that the first vehicle is located on the first lane, the front dynamic fence and the rear dynamic fence are constructed for the first vehicle, the prompt information is sent to the second vehicle entering the front dynamic fence or the rear dynamic fence, and the way of determining whether the second vehicle occupies the lane or not through the positioning information is not limited by the shooting effect of images any more, so that the driving safety is improved. The accuracy of identifying the lane occupation violation behavior of the second vehicle can be improved.
