The invention relates to the technical field of aircraft hydraulic system fault diagnosis, in particular to a hydraulic system low-pressure fault diagnosis method based on fault logic, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a fault transmission model of a target fault of a hydraulic system; relevant parameters causing the target fault of the hydraulic system in an upstream system and a downstream system of the hydraulic system are obtained; constructing a fault logic diagram; extracting airborne flight data at a target fault occurrence moment as target airborne flight data; obtaining a final relevant parameter combination; and obtaining a fault component corresponding to the target fault of the hydraulic system. According to the method, the specific fault component causing the fault alarm can be determined, meanwhile, the optimal classification algorithm is utilized to realize rapid fault detection and accurate fault classification, and the subsequent maintenance efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及飞机液压系统故障诊断技术领域,具体涉及一种基于故障逻辑的液压系统低压故障诊断方法,包括:获取液压系统的目标故障的故障传递模型;获取液压系统上游系统和下游系统中导致液压系统的目标故障的相关参数;构建故障逻辑图;提取目标故障发生时刻的机载飞行数据作为目标机载飞行数据;获取最终相关参数组合;获取液压系统的目标故障对应的故障部件。本发明能确定导致故障告警的具体故障部件,同时利用最优分类算法实现故障快速检出以及故障准确分类,提高后续检修效率。
