The invention discloses a high-altitude transportation device for steel rails and a transportation method of the high-altitude transportation device. The high-altitude transportation device comprises a first portal frame and a second portal frame. The first door frame and the second door frame are fixedly connected through a top connecting rod; hanging rings are arranged in the middles of cross beams of the first gantry and the second gantry; supporting wheels are arranged at the bottoms of stand columns on the two sides of the first portal and the second portal, and guide wheels are arranged on the two sides of the bottoms. The supporting wheels are arranged on the top surface of an upper flange plate of the crane beam; the guide wheels are arranged on the two side faces of an upper flange plate of the crane beam and guide movement of the whole device on the crane beam. According to the gantry type high-altitude transportation device with the crane beam as the guide rail, the transportation and installation efficiency of high-altitude travelling steel rails is more effectively improved, the safety and reliability are higher, meanwhile, the device can be repeatedly used, and the material cost, the labor cost and the time cost are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种钢轨的高空运输装置及其运输方法。所述高空运输装置,包括第一门架、第二门架;第一门架与第二门架之间通过顶部连接杆固定连接;第一门架与第二门架的横梁中部设有吊环;第一门架与第二门架的两侧立柱底部设有支撑轮,底部两侧设有导向轮;支撑轮设于吊车梁的上翼缘板顶面;导向轮设于吊车梁的上翼缘板两侧面,对整个装置在所述吊车梁上的移动进行导向。本发明通过设计以吊车梁作为导轨的门架式高空运输装置,更有效地提高了高空行车钢轨运输安装的效率,安全可靠性更高,同时装置可以重复循环使用,降低了材料、人工与时间成本。
