The invention belongs to the technical field of ship engineering, and particularly relates to a ro-ro passenger ship anti-vibration structure and an anti-vibration method. The anti-vibration method comprises the following steps that conventional design is conducted on a garage area of a stern area of a main hull; a passenger carrying area is built on the stern of the main hull, and a public area or a living cabin is arranged; and aiming at a supporting position area directly facing a propeller and a shafting, optimization is carried out on an overbuilt passenger carrying area and a garage area of a main ship body, and the optimization comprises the steps that conventional outer plate arc-shaped transition treatment is canceled, and inner concave weakening treatment is carried out on the free edge of an outer plate. Optimization design is carried out by adopting a similar scheme in a real ship, a main structure for transmitting vibration is weakened, and the strength feasibility is demonstrated through whole ship finite element analysis. By means of the scheme, the vibration strength of the upper building area can be effectively weakened, and the comfort of the living area is improved.
