The frame assembly comprises a frame, a pedal, a driving assembly and a connecting rod mechanism, the pedal is movably arranged on the frame and is provided with a first position and a second position, in the first position, the pedal extends towards one side of the frame and is used for being treaded by a user, and in the second position, the pedal extends towards the other side of the frame and is used for being treaded by the user. At least part of the pedal retracts into the frame to reduce the width size of the frame assembly, and the driving assembly is arranged on the frame and used for driving the pedal to be switched between the first position and the second position. At least part of the connecting rod mechanism is connected between the pedal and the driving assembly and used for swinging when the driving assembly acts so as to switch the pedal to the first position or the second position. According to the scooter frame assembly, the face width of the pedal of the scooter can be increased, the situation that due to the small face width, supporting on a human body is insufficient is avoided, then turning control is facilitated, and the scooter frame assembly is good in structural stability and reliability and convenient to store.
