The invention discloses an intelligent vehicle safety takeover method and device, and belongs to the technical field of vehicles. The method comprises the steps of obtaining vehicle data in real time; the vehicle data comprises an image related to a driver and information of an environment where the vehicle is located; driver state features are generated based on the images, and scene features are generated according to the environment information; inputting the driver state feature and the scene feature into a pre-trained intelligent takeover prompt model to obtain a takeover level output by the intelligent takeover prompt model; and determining a corresponding takeover response required to be executed according to the takeover level. Different takeover responses can be provided for the driver from the actual takeover capacity of the driver, the reasonability and effectiveness of the takeover responses are guaranteed, and the safety performance of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种智能车辆安全接管方法及装置,属于车辆技术领域。方法包括:实时获取车辆数据;所述车辆数据包括与驾驶员相关的图像以及车辆所处的环境信息;基于所述图像生成驾驶员状态特征以及根据所述环境信息生成场景特征;将所述驾驶员状态特征和所述场景特征输入至预先训练好的智能接管提示模型中,以获取所述智能接管提示模型输出的接管等级;根据所述接管等级确定所需执行的相应接管响应。本发明能够从驾驶员的实际接管能力出发,为驾驶员提供不同的接管响应,保证接管响应的合理性和有效性,提高了车辆的安全性能。
