The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle anti-theft, and discloses a vehicle anti-theft method based on face ciphertext recognition, which comprises the following steps: regularly capturing face data of a driver in a vehicle, extracting a feature vector by using a neural network-based face feature extraction model built in the vehicle, comparing the feature vector with a preset white list, and confirming authorization. If the driver is an unauthorized person, the feature vector is transmitted to the Internet of Vehicles for detection and abnormity identification to trigger an alarm and is uploaded to an Internet of Vehicles trusted center for tracking, and the Internet of Vehicles is composed of the trusted center, an auxiliary server, a cloud server, a road side unit and a vehicle which are all provided with physical unclonable functions. The system realizes rapid identity verification and abnormity monitoring, ensures driving safety, can resist side channel attacks and capture attacks of physical equipment and collusion attacks of a server, and protects equipment safety and data privacy.
