Through the integrated design that the oil pump is arranged in the oil tank, the oil pump is immersed in the cooling liquid of the oil tank, the structure is simplified, and meanwhile the problems of dry friction and friction heat generation caused by oil shortage of the oil pump are solved; the service life of the oil pump is greatly prolonged; the oil pump resonates with the cooling liquid in the oil tank, so that noise generated in the starting process of the oil pump can be reduced; and the liquid separator is connected with the radiator, so that the pipeline connection is greatly reduced, the leakage risk is effectively reduced, and the installation of a client is also facilitated.

    本发明涉及一种用于超级充电桩的液冷装置,属于充电桩液冷技术领域,包括底板,所述底板上固定设置有散热器,所述散热器的后侧固定罩设有风罩,所述风罩的后侧连接有散热风扇,所述散热器上设置有油冷组件;所述油冷组件包括油箱,所述油箱内设置有油泵和冷却液,所述油泵浸没在冷却液内,本发明通过将油泵设置在油箱内集成一体设计,使油泵浸没在油箱的冷却液内,简化了结构,同时避免油泵因为缺油引发干摩擦和摩擦生热问题,大幅提升了油泵的使用寿命;油泵通过与油箱内冷却液共振,还能减少油泵启动过程中产生的噪音;采用分液器与散热器连接,大幅减少了管路连接,有效减小泄露风险,也方便客户端的安装。
