The invention discloses a height-adjustable engineering vehicle magneto-rheological independent suspension which comprises a magneto-rheological fluid cylinder barrel, a piston assembly, a piston rod, a turbine blade, a first-stage height-adjusting hydraulic cylinder barrel, a second-stage height-adjusting hydraulic cylinder barrel, a one-way valve and a protective cover. The piston assembly and the piston rod are located in the magnetorheological fluid cylinder barrel, the magnet exciting coil is wound on the piston assembly, the balls are arranged in damping gaps on the upper side and the lower side of the magnet exciting coil, the magnetic permeability in the damping gaps can be increased, the magnetic field intensity can be enhanced, and the controllable damping force of the suspension can be improved. And meanwhile, the screw is matched with the turbine blade, and the relative linear motion of the piston assembly and the magnetorheological fluid cylinder barrel is converted into the rotating motion of the turbine blade, so that flowing of the magnetorheological fluid in the cylinder barrel is promoted, and the situation that the performance of the magnetorheological fluid is affected due to long-time sedimentation of iron particles is prevented.
