The invention discloses a method for repairing camber of a bridge girder of a metallurgical bridge crane. Building a maintenance platform, and firstly selecting a proper position to park a crane; a maintenance platform is built in the direction of a main beam of the metallurgical bridge crane, and the distance between the height of the platform face of the platform and the bottom of the main beam is 1000-1200 mm; selecting points on the main beam of the metallurgical bridge crane, measuring the actual camber of each measuring point, calculating the due camber of each measuring point, and measuring the actual camber value of the main beam of the crane by using a level gauge measurement method; the method comprises the following steps of: jacking in a main beam span of a metallurgical bridge crane, jacking a main beam by utilizing a 50t mechanical jack, keeping a stable state, and arranging a web heating area and a lower cover plate at the same position to form an isosceles triangle; and after one group of symmetrical areas on the two beams are heated, the camber of the main beam needs to be measured after the main beam is cooled to the room temperature, so that reference data can be provided for the next step of heating correction work.
本发明公开了一种冶金桥式吊车桥架主梁拱度修复方法,包括以下步骤;搭建检修平台,首先选择合适的位置停放吊车;沿冶金桥式吊车的主梁方向搭建检修平台,平台台面高度与主梁底部距离1000‑1200mm;在冶金桥式吊车主梁上选点,测量各测点的实际拱度,并计算其应有拱度,利用水准仪测量法测量出吊车主梁的实际拱度值;在冶金桥式吊车的主梁跨中加顶,利用50t机械千斤顶将主梁顶起,并保持稳定状态,腹板加热区与下盖板在同一位置,呈等腰三角形;每加热完两根梁上的一组对称区域,需等待冷却至室温后,对主梁起拱度进行测量,以便为下一步加热矫正工作提供参考数据。
