The invention belongs to the field of structural optimization design, and particularly discloses an aerodynamic and structural optimization method for a high-altitude self-adaptive deformation composite propeller, which comprises the following steps: establishing a composite propeller layering optimization model, and initializing design variables of the model; establishing a serialized region fiber sub-model of the composite material propeller layering optimization model, and performing optimization operation in the serialized region fiber sub-model; reading output data of the composite material propeller layering optimization model through simulation software to obtain allowable strain of a composite material, a pitch angle under a design point and the minimum number of regional layers; and performing iterative optimization on allowable strain, a design point lower pitch angle and a regional minimum layer number by using an optimization objective function set by the serialized region fiber sub-model according to a set algorithm population individual number and iteration times until iteration is completed, and outputting a layer optimization optimal individual. According to the invention, the structure optimization of the high-altitude propeller can be realized.
