The invention relates to a controllable folding nonmagnetic feeler lever device for measuring aeromagnetic vertical gradient by a rotor unmanned aerial vehicle. The device comprises three sections of foldable probe rods, an auxiliary rocker, four sections of carbon fiber square tubes, a connecting piece, a power module, a wireless communication module, an STM32 microcontroller, a motor driving module, a stepping motor, two triaxial magnetometers, a remote controller and a PC end upper computer. Wherein the foldable probe rod adopts a cascaded hinge four-rod structure, and a main body structure is made of a carbon fiber material. Controllable folding and laying of the aeromagnetic feeler lever are achieved, and the problems that an existing device for measuring the aeromagnetic vertical gradient with a rotor unmanned aerial vehicle as a platform is poor in anti-interference performance and high in measurement noise, and take-off and landing of the unmanned aerial vehicle are affected are solved. The structure is novel, good symmetry is achieved in the folding state and the laying state, attitude control over the unmanned aerial vehicle is facilitated, the length can reach 4 m in the laying state, and magnetic field interference from the rotor unmanned aerial vehicle is greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及一种旋翼无人机测量航磁垂直梯度可控折叠无磁性探杆装置。该装置包括三节可折叠探杆、辅助摇杆、四节碳纤维方管、连接件、电源模块、无线通信模块、STM32微控制器、电机驱动模块、步进电机、两个三轴磁力仪、遥控器和PC端上位机。其中,可折叠探杆应用了级联的铰链四杆结构,主体结构采用碳纤维材料。本发明实现了航磁探杆的可控折叠和布放,解决了现有以旋翼无人机为平台测量航磁垂直梯度装置抗干扰性差、测量噪声高、影响无人机起降等问题。本发明结构新颖,折叠状态和布放状态下均具有良好的对称性,便于无人机的姿态控制,且布放状态下长度可达4m,极大程度降低了来自旋翼无人机的磁场干扰。
