The invention discloses a flap statically indeterminate structure load calibration loading device which comprises a loading rack capable of being spliced, a fixed supporting wall capable of being spliced, a flap statically indeterminate structure and a loading system. The loading system comprises a course hydraulic loading actuator, a force sensor, a course loading steel wire, course loading canvas, a normal hydraulic loading actuator, a normal tension and compression pad, a tilt angle sensor and an electric displacement table; the heading and normal hydraulic loading actuators carry out heading loading and normal loading on the flap statically indeterminate structure, and the force sensor monitors the force value change of the hydraulic loading actuators; the tilt angle sensor monitors the angle change of the lower wing surface of the flap, and the electric displacement table drives the normal loading hydraulic actuator to move, so that the loading direction of the normal loading hydraulic actuator is always perpendicular to the lower wing surface of the flap. According to the invention, load calibration requirements of flaps of different models can be met, and combined loading and follow-up combined loading of a course load and a normal load of a flap structure are realized.
