One end of the first sleeve body is provided with an airspeed tube end wrapping part, the other end of the first sleeve body is provided with a mounting column, the airspeed tube end wrapping part is provided with a closed slot position, and the mounting column is provided with a locking slot position; the second sleeve body is hinged to the first sleeve body, the second sleeve body is provided with a locking block, and when the second sleeve body and the first sleeve body are closed, the locking block is arranged in the locking groove position; the quick locking mechanism comprises a screw cap and a locking ring, a connecting column is arranged on one side of the screw cap, the connecting column is connected with the mounting column, the locking ring is connected to the periphery of the mounting column in a sleeving mode and arranged between the screw cap and the first sleeve body, an elastic piece is arranged between the screw cap and the locking ring, and the locking ring abuts against the first sleeve body all the time under the action of the elastic piece. The locking ring covers the locking groove position when abutting against the first sleeve body.
