The invention discloses an elevator 125% rated load capacity test analysis method and system. The elevator 125% rated load capacity test analysis method comprises the steps that a parameter set of an elevator in the elevator running process before a 125% rated load capacity test is obtained; acquiring a parameter set of the elevator in the running process after the 125% rated load capacity test; and according to the parameter set of the elevator in the elevator running process before and after the 125% rated load capacity test, the remaining hidden danger of the elevator after the 125% rated load capacity test is analyzed. According to the method, whether hidden dangers such as guide rail deformation and lift car inclination exist or not and the positions of the hidden dangers exist or not can be prompted through comparative analysis of parameter sets in the elevator running process before and after the 125% rated load capacity test of the elevator.
