The invention belongs to the technical field of aerospace, and discloses a variable-thickness low-temperature storage tank thin-wall metal inner container. The metal inner container is mainly formed by combining and connecting a metal inner container barrel section of a cylindrical structure and a metal inner container box bottom of a hemispherical structure. According to the actual stress distribution of the storage tank in the service process, the storage tank is formed by spirally rolling a variable-thickness and equal-width metal strip; according to the thickness distribution condition of the end of the metal inner container barrel section, a plate with the corresponding thickness is selected for the semispherical metal inner container bottom, the semispherical metal inner container bottom is prepared through spinning or stamping, a through hole is reserved in the top of the semispherical metal inner container bottom, the semispherical metal inner container bottom is connected with the metal inner container barrel section through welding or flange connection, and the metal inner container barrel section is distributed in an annular variable-thickness mode and/or in an axial variable-thickness mode; the thickness is increased in a key stress area, and the wall thickness of the cylinder section is reduced in a non-key area. The equivalent surface density of the storage tank can be remarkably reduced, so that the carrying efficiency of an aircraft is improved, the service life of the storage tank is prolonged, fatigue damage is reduced, and the reliability of the storage tank in long-term service is improved.

    本发明属于航空航天技术领域,公开一种变厚度低温贮箱薄壁金属内胆。主要由圆柱形结构金属内胆筒段和半球形结构金属内胆箱底组合连接构成;根据贮箱在服役过程中的实际受力分布,采用变厚度、等宽度的金属带材螺旋卷制而成;半球形金属内胆箱底根据金属内胆筒段端部厚度分布情况,选择对应厚度板材,由旋压或冲压制备,在半球形金属内胆箱底顶部预留出通孔,采用焊接或法兰连接与金属内胆筒段连接,金属内胆筒段环向变厚度分布和/或轴向变厚度分布;在关键受力区域增加厚度,在非关键区域筒段壁厚减薄。本发明可以显著降低贮箱的等效面密度,从而提高飞行器的运载效率,有助于延长贮箱的使用寿命,减少疲劳损伤,提高其在长期服役中的可靠性。
