The invention discloses an adsorption device suitable for a marine ship liquid cargo transfer platform, which is applied to a marine energy comprehensive utilization platform, is used for being connected with coming and going ships, and comprises a base for providing a support frame; the first adsorption assembly is used for being magnetically attracted to a side board of a ship; the two second adsorption assemblies are used for being adsorbed on side boards of the ship in a vacuum mode; and the buffering and locking assembly is used for buffering inertia force of the ship and locking and positioning the first adsorption assembly and the second adsorption assembly. The first adsorption assembly and the second adsorption assembly form a double-adsorption structure, the inertia force of the ship can be quickly eliminated, and the stability of the ship during adsorption connection is improved.
