The invention discloses an automobile steering column middle position marking device and a steering gear centering method. The automobile steering column middle position marking device comprises a connecting sleeve, a crank, a gradienter adjusting disc, a pressing rotary knob, a marking needle and a gradienter. A vertical through hole is formed in the crank, the connecting sleeve is locked to the bottom of the vertical through hole of the crank through threads, and the connecting sleeve is used for being connected with a steering column mandrel. The gradienter adjusting disc is rotationally connected to the top of the vertical through hole of the crank, and the gradienter adjusting disc is pressed on the crank through the pressing rotary knob to be limited. The at least two gradienters are respectively adhered and fixed on the gradienter adjusting disc and are used for representing the rotating position of the steering column mandrel; the gradienter adjusting disc is provided with a needle hole, and the head of the marking needle extends into the vertical through hole of the crank from the needle hole and is used for marking on the end face of the steering column mandrel. The method has the advantages of convenience, rapidness, low investment, low energy consumption and high generalization degree.
本发明公开了一种汽车转向柱中间位置刻印装置及转向器对中方法,包括连接套筒、摇把、水平仪调整盘、压紧旋钮、刻印针以及水平仪;摇把上设有竖直通孔,连接套筒通过螺纹锁紧在摇把的竖直通孔底部,连接套筒用于连接转向柱芯轴;水平仪调整盘转动连接在摇把的竖直通孔顶部,并通过压紧旋钮将水平仪调整盘压紧在摇把上进行限位;至少两个水平仪分别粘贴固定在水平仪调整盘上,用于表征转向柱芯轴的转动位置;水平仪调整盘上设有针孔,刻印针针头从针孔伸入摇把的竖直通孔内,用于在转向柱芯轴端面刻印。本发明具有方便、快捷、投资低、能耗低、通用化程度高的优点。
