The invention relates to an electronic pressure switch for a railway vehicle, which belongs to the technical field of pressure switches, and comprises a pressure sensor assembly which is provided with an air path passage communicated with an air path to be detected and is used for detecting the pressure of compressed air and outputting a first voltage signal; the power supply conversion module is electrically connected with the pressure sensor assembly and an external power supply module and is used for converting external power supply voltage into power supply voltage required by the electronic pressure switch; the signal processing module is electrically connected with the pressure sensor assembly and the power supply conversion module and is used for receiving the first voltage signal, isolating and amplifying the first voltage signal and converting the first voltage signal into a second voltage signal; and the controller is electrically connected with the power supply conversion module and the signal processing module, receives the second voltage signal, performs calculation according to a set value, outputs a switching value signal, and sends the switching value signal to external monitoring equipment through a connector, and can be suitable for the working condition of load loop voltage 110VDC or 24VDC. And a pressure signal and a switching value signal can be output at the same time.

    本发明涉及一种轨道车辆用电子式压力开关,属于压力开关技术领域,包括压力传感器组件,设置有一连通待测气路的气路通路,用于检测压缩空气压力并输出第一电压信号;电源转换模块,电性连接压力传感器组件及一外部供电模块,用于将外部供电电压转换成电子式压力开关需要的供电电压;信号处理模块,电性连接压力传感器组件及电源转换模块,用于接收第一电压信号并进行隔离和放大后转换为第二电压信号;控制器,电性连接电源转换模块及信号处理模块,控制器接收第二电压信号并根据一设定值进行计算,输出一开关量信号,并经一连接器发送开关量信号至外部监测设备,能够适用负载环路电压110VDC或24VDC的工况,并且能够同时输出压力信号与开关量信号。
