The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of light heat prevention and insulation integrated materials, in particular to a composite fiber-ceramic-phenolic aerogel integrated material and a preparation method. The integrated material comprises an upper layer containing a first fiber reinforced ceramic material, a middle layer containing a first fiber reinforced composite material and a lower layer containing second fiber reinforced phenolic aerogel, the upper layer is arranged on the upper surface of the middle layer, and the lower layer is arranged on the lower surface of the middle layer; the heat-conducting property of the first fiber is higher than that of the second fiber; the raw materials of the composite material comprise ceramic and phenolic aerogel. The surface density of the middle layer is not less than the surface density of the lower layer; the high-temperature ablation resistance and the heat insulation performance of the phenolic aerogel can be effectively improved through the upper layer of the first fiber reinforced ceramic material, the middle layer of the first fiber reinforced composite material and the lower layer containing the second fiber reinforced phenolic aerogel; in addition, most of the integrated materials are light fiber materials, so that the weight of the integrated materials can be reduced.

    本申请涉及轻质防隔热一体化材料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合纤维‑陶瓷‑酚醛气凝胶一体化材料及制备方法;所述一体化材料包括:含有第一纤维增强陶瓷材料的上层、含有第一纤维增强复合材料的中间层和含有第二纤维增强酚醛气凝胶的下层;上层设于中间层的上表面,下层设于中间层的下表面;第一纤维的导热性能>第二纤维的导热性能;复合材料的原料包括陶瓷和酚醛气凝胶;上层的面密度≥中间层的面密度≥下层的面密度;可以通过第一纤维增强陶瓷材料的上层、第一纤维增强复合材料的中间层和含有第二纤维增强酚醛气凝胶的下层有效地提高酚醛气凝胶的高温抗烧蚀性能和隔热性能;此外该一体化材料使用大部分为轻质纤维材料,可以降低一体化材料的重量。
