The invention belongs to the technical field of civil engineering materials, and provides an intelligent biodegradable nano microcapsule (SBN) and application thereof, including marine organism protection, marine pollution control, ocean engineering and ocean monitoring. The SBN consists of 30 to 60 weight percent of biodegradable polymer matrix, 5 to 30 weight percent of nano filler, 5 to 30 weight percent of intelligent polymer layer and 0.1 to 1 weight percent of stabilizer, and has the characteristics of environmental friendliness, excellent mechanical property and intelligent response. The biodegradable polymer matrix adopts modified bio-based polyhydroxyalkanoates (Bio-PHFAEs), the nano filler adopts marine organism-based nano cellulose (NPC), and the intelligent polymer layer is a light/temperature multi-response type poly (N-isopropylacrylamide)-chitosan composite layer. The SBN new material provided by the invention can be naturally degraded in a marine environment within several months, reduces the environmental influence, has excellent mechanical strength and stability, and can change the physical state according to the change of illumination, temperature, PH and the like in the marine environment, thereby controlling the release behavior of the microcapsule. The method is beneficial for protecting the marine ecosystem and promoting the sustainable development of ocean engineering.
本发明属于土木工程材料技术领域,提供了一种智能型生物可降解纳米微胶囊(SBN)及其应用,包括海洋生物保护、海洋污染控制、海洋工程和海洋监测。SBN由生物可降解聚合物基体30~60wt%、纳米填料5~30wt%、智能型聚合物层5~30wt%和稳定剂0.1~1wt%组成,具有环境友好性、优异的机械性能和智能响应特性。所述的生物可降解聚合物基体采用改性生物基聚羟基脂肪酸酯(Bio‑PHFAEs),所述纳米填料采用海洋生物基纳米纤维素(NPC),所述智能型聚合物层为光/温多响应型聚(N‑异丙基丙烯酰胺)—壳聚糖复合层。本发明提供的SBN新材料能够在海洋环境环境中几个月内自然降解,减少环境影响,且具有优异的机械强度和稳定性,同时能够根据海洋环境中光照、温度、PH等变化改变其物理状态,从而控制微胶囊的释放行为。本发明有助于保护海洋生态系统并促进海洋工程的可持续发展。
