The invention provides a photovoltaic system power supply control method and device and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: determining whether a photovoltaic system of the vehicle meets a temperature adjustment condition or not based on target data; the target data comprises the maximum output power of the photovoltaic system at the current temperature, the power gain of the photovoltaic system in the target temperature interval, the electricity demand of the vehicle and the temperature adjustment demand of a power battery of the vehicle; the power gain of the photovoltaic system in the target temperature interval comprises a difference value between the maximum output power of the photovoltaic system in the target temperature interval and the loss power of the photovoltaic system in the temperature regulation process; and when the photovoltaic system meets the temperature adjustment condition, a temperature adjustment target of the photovoltaic system is determined based on the power gain of the photovoltaic system in the target temperature interval and the electricity demand of the vehicle, and an air conditioning system of the vehicle is controlled to adjust the temperature of the photovoltaic system based on the temperature adjustment target in the process that the photovoltaic system supplies power to the vehicle. Therefore, the power supply efficiency of the photovoltaic system can be effectively improved.
