The invention relates to a girder hinge point device. The girder hinge point device comprises a first lug plate provided with a first center hole; the two second lug plates are arranged in parallel at intervals, second center holes are formed in the second lug plates, the diameter of at least one second center hole is larger than that of the first center hole, the first lug plate is located between the two second lug plates, and the first center hole is aligned with the second center holes; the stepped shaft comprises a large-diameter cylindrical section and a small-diameter cylindrical section which are connected with each other, the stepped shaft is used for axially fixing the first lug plate and the second lug plate, the large-diameter cylindrical section is matched with the second center hole structure with the larger diameter, and the small-diameter cylindrical section is matched with the first center hole structure; the two resistance modules are respectively arranged between the two second lug plates and the first lug plate; and the self-lubricating shaft sleeve is arranged on the small-diameter cylindrical section in a sleeving manner, and the self-lubricating shaft sleeve is fixed on the second lug plate. The girder hinge point device is compact in overall structure, and the safety performance can be improved.
