And the suspension arm connecting piece keeps the stability and horizontal transfer of the steel pipe gripping apparatus in the no-load and loading states.

    本发明涉及钢管吊具技术领域,具体涉及一种轮胎式管桩装卸机及其装卸方法,通过起重机整体大臂、小臂和回转机构配合,实现钢管抓具在竖直,水平方向以及周向的移动定位。起重机灵活转移,满足不同位置装载的需求,采用液压油缸支承,给小臂的运动提供足够的动力,小臂采用鹅颈式动臂便于钢管抓具始终保持垂直状态,抓取转运物料,能满足司机视野较差的条件下进行操作,受力均衡、抗扭。通过测距传感器测定并实时调整抓取距离,能同时吊装一根或者多根钢管,吊装稳定,转运效率高。回转机构驱动钢管抓具在水平方向自由旋转,不断调整与待抓取钢管的平行度,实现精准定位和高效抓取。吊臂连接件保持钢管抓具在空载和装载状态下的稳定性和水平转移。
