The laser emitter and the laser target are arranged opposite to the optical concave reflector, the center axis of the laser emitter and the center axis of the mirror surface of the optical concave reflector are arranged on the same axis, and the industrial camera is used for capturing laser spot information reflected to the laser target through the optical concave reflector. The microprocessor processes and analyzes laser spot information acquired by the industrial camera through machine vision to realize track state monitoring, and the NB-IoT module uploads the monitored track state to the central server; the device has the advantages that the settlement amount, the inclination and the horizontal offset of the track can be effectively and accurately monitored in real time.
