The invention provides a thermal management control system for a hybrid power vehicle model. The thermal management control system comprises a thermal management integration module, a water-cooling inter-cooling and electric drive thermal management loop, a battery pack cooling loop, a battery pack heating loop and an active degassing loop. The water-cooling intercooling and electric driving heat management loop is communicated when a first preset condition is met, and is used for dissipating heat for the water-cooling intercooler and the electric driving heat; the battery pack cooling loop is connected when a second preset condition is met, and is used for cooling the battery pack; the battery pack heating loop is connected when a third preset condition is met, and is used for heating the battery pack; and the active degassing loop is communicated when a fourth preset condition is met, and is used for removing air in the loop. According to the invention, a plurality of loops are controlled to be switched through the heat management integration module, so that the integration level and efficiency of the heat management system are greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种混合动力车型热管理控制系统,包括热管理集成模块、水冷中冷与电驱热管理回路、电池包冷却回路、电池包加热回路、主动除气回路;水冷中冷与电驱热管理回路在符合第一预设条件时连通,用于为水冷中冷器和电驱散热;所述电池包冷却回路在符合第二预设条件时连通,用于为电池包散热;所述电池包加热回路在符合第三预设条件时连通,用于为电池包加热;所述主动除气回路在符合第四预设条件时连通,用于除去回路内空气。本发明将通过热管理集成模块控制切换多个回路,大大提高了热管理系统的集成度与效率。
