The invention discloses a channel environmental pollution risk prevention and control early warning system, which belongs to the technical field of environmental monitoring and specifically comprises the following steps: acquiring ship data and wind power data of a monitored channel in real time through an AIS (Automatic Identification System); noise monitoring points are set, noise decibels in a monitoring channel in a target time period are obtained respectively, the product of the ship flow and the average ship speed is calculated to obtain a target parameter, linear fitting is conducted on the change relation of the noise decibels in the target time period along with the target parameter under the same wind power data, and a fitting function is obtained; obtaining a noise volume threshold value, calculating an influence radius through a noise attenuation formula, taking a noise monitoring point as a center, drawing a circle according to the influence radius to obtain a noise influence range, determining a noise reference value of the noise monitoring point according to the noise influence range, and carrying out channel speed limit control on the monitored channel according to the fitting function and the noise reference value. Effective prevention and control and early warning of channel noise pollution are realized.

    本发明公开了一种航道环境污染风险防控预警系统,属于环境监测技术领域,具体包括:通过AIS实时获取监测航道的船舶数据和风力数据;设置噪声监测点并分别获取目标时间段内监测航道中的噪声分贝,计算船舶流量和平均船速的乘积得到目标参数,对相同风力数据下目标时间段内的噪声分贝随目标参数变化关系进行线性拟合,得到拟合函数;获取噪声音量阈值并通过噪音衰减公式计算得出影响半径,以噪声监测点为中心,影响半径画圆得到噪音影响范围,根据所述噪音影响范围确定噪声监测点噪音参考值,根据所述拟合函数和噪音参考值对所述监测航道进行航道限速控制,本发明实现了对航道噪声污染的有效防控和预警。
