The invention discloses a mounting structure of a high-precision encoder, which comprises a winch mounting surface and a winch output shaft arranged at the winch mounting surface, a bracket is mounted on the winch mounting surface, a rotary encoder is mounted on one side, deviating from the winch mounting surface, of the bracket, and the rotary encoder is provided with an encoder input shaft; an input shaft of the rotary encoder is coaxially connected with an output shaft of the winch through an elastic coupler, a protective cover is installed on the support, and the rotary encoder is located in the protective cover. The winch output shaft and the encoder input shaft are coaxially connected through the elastic coupler, radial force generated by coaxiality machining errors between the winch output shaft and the encoder input shaft can be reduced to the maximum extent, the working precision of the rotary encoder is guaranteed, and the service life is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种高精度编码器的安装结构,包括绞车安装面和设于绞车安装面处的绞车输出轴,绞车安装面上安装有支架,所述支架背离绞车安装面的一侧安装有旋转编码器,所述的旋转编码器具有编码器输入轴,所述的旋转编码器输入轴通过弹性联轴器与绞车输出轴同轴连接,所述的支架上安装有保护罩,且旋转编码器位于保护罩内。采用弹性联轴器使绞车输出轴和编码器输入轴实现同轴连接,可以最大程度减小绞车输出轴和编码器输入轴之间由于同轴度加工误差产生的径向力,保证旋转编码器的工作精度,增加使用寿命。
