The invention provides a ship cabin environment energy management system, which judges the personnel condition of a cabin through an infrared detector, connecting a living cabin with a public cabin, and automatically adjusts a liquid supply electromagnetic valve of a fan coil of the cabin, the fresh air volume of the cabin and the start and stop of a fan, so that the fresh air volume of the cabin and the cold/heat medium water volume of the fan coil are reduced; when the air volume and the cooling/heating medium water volume are reduced to a certain degree, a pressure sensor installed on the fresh air pipe and a temperature sensor installed on a cooling medium water return pipeline feed signals back to the PLC control box, and the PLC control box controls operation of the cooling/heating medium water pump, the heat pump type water chilling unit and the fresh air conditioner according to the signals. According to the system, the utilization rate of the air conditioning equipment is reduced or stopped in an unmanned state, so that the energy consumption of the air conditioning system is reduced, the purpose of system energy management is achieved, energy-saving operation of the air conditioning system is achieved, and the energy-saving effect on ships with many passengers such as passenger ships, scientific research ships and official business ships is more remarkable.

    本发明提出一种船舶舱室环境能量管理系统,该系统通过红外线探测器,连接居住舱室和公共舱室判断舱室的人员情况,自动调节舱室风机盘管的供液电磁阀、舱室新风量和风机的启停,使舱室的新风量和风机盘管的冷/热媒水量下降,当风量和冷/热媒水量下降到一定程度时,安装在新风管上的压力传感器和冷媒水回水管路上的温度传感器将信号反馈至PLC控制箱,由PLC控制箱根据信号控制冷/热媒水泵、热泵型冷水机组和新风空调器的运行。该系统在无人状态下降低或停止空调设备的使用率,从而降低空调系统的能耗,达到系统能量管理的目的,实现空调系统的节能运行,特别对于客船、科考船和公务船等乘员众多的船舶节能效果更加显著。
