The invention discloses a real-time distribution control method and system for torque of a front axle and a rear axle of an electric vehicle. Comprising the following steps: determining a vertical load-based torque distribution coefficient according to front and rear axle loads; determining an initial torque distribution coefficient according to the torque distribution coefficient based on the vertical load, a set basic torque distribution coefficient and a slope value; determining a first torque transfer coefficient according to the vehicle yaw velocity; determining a second torque transfer coefficient according to the vehicle driving state; determining a fused torque distribution coefficient according to the first torque transfer coefficient, the second torque transfer coefficient and the initial torque distribution coefficient; and determining the front and rear shaft motor torque according to the required total torque, the peak torque of the motor and the fused torque distribution coefficient. According to the method, the torque distribution coefficient based on the vertical load is provided, the torque transfer coefficient is calculated on the curve, the dynamic property stability of the vehicle can be guaranteed, and the control stability of the vehicle in the curve driving process can be improved.
本发明公开了一种电动汽车前后轴扭矩实时分配控制方法和系统。包括根据前后轴载荷确定基于垂向载荷的扭矩分配系数;根据所述基于垂向载荷的扭矩分配系数、设定的基础扭矩分配系数、坡度值确定初始扭矩分配系数;根据车辆横摆角速度确定第一扭矩转移系数;根据车辆行驶状态确定第二扭矩转移系数;根据所述第一扭矩转移系数、第二扭矩转移系数和初始扭矩分配系数确定融合后的扭矩分配系数;根据需求总扭矩、电机的峰值扭矩和融合后的扭矩分配系数确定前后轴电机扭矩。本发明既有基于垂向载荷的扭矩分配系数,也有在弯道时计算扭矩转移系数,即可以保证车辆动力性稳定性,也可以改善车辆在弯道行驶过程中的操纵稳定性。
