[Problem] To obtain a parachute that can be quickly deployed compared to the prior art, a safety device provided with the parachute, and an aircraft provided with the safety device. [Solution] A parachute body (40) of a parachute has a substantially hemispherical shape provided with a first shock-absorbing part (40A), a second shock-absorbing part (40B), and a shape-retaining part (40C), and has an air vent (40a) formed at the top of the top of the parachute, and a parachute edge part (40b) constituting an opening part. The first and second shock-absorbing sections (40A, 40B) are formed in a state in which a plurality of base cloths are disposed such that a center line (L) connecting the apex (P) and the geometric center position of each base cloth intersects the direction in which the warp and weft of the base cloths extend. The second shock-absorbing section (40B) is more difficult to expand and contract than the first shock-absorbing section (40A), but is easier to expand and contract in the direction along the center line (L) than the shape-retaining section (40C) that is relatively difficult to expand and contract.
