The sensor CT is connected in series between the voltage output end of the PWM full-control rectification unit and the voltage input end of the BUCK/BOST composite conversion unit, the voltage output end of the BUCK/BOST composite conversion unit is connected with the voltage input end of the full-bridge DAB conversion unit, the capacitor Co is connected in parallel with the output end of the full-bridge DAB conversion unit, and the load RL is connected in parallel with the capacitor Co; according to the invention, a three-stage composite topology architecture of the PWM full-control rectification unit, the BUCK/BOST composite conversion unit and the full-bridge DAB conversion unit is adopted, so that the problem of network-side ultra-wide voltage input and the problem of 800V high-voltage platform charging in the new energy electric vehicle charging technology are solved, and the problem of vehicle-network interaction is also solved.
