The invention relates to a steel member hoisting inclination angle adjusting device and a using method thereof.The device comprises a fixing device, a clamp, a motion detection module, a positioning system and a central control system, a sliding groove is formed in the fixing device, a lifting hook of a crane is connected with a lifting lug through a sling, the lifting hook is connected with an electric hoist, and the electric hoist can slide on the sliding groove; the clamp comprises an L-shaped steel plate, a fastening screw rod, a spherical support cushion block and a split bolt, one end of the fastening screw rod is connected with the spherical support cushion block, and a support lower gasket in the spherical support cushion block can be tightly attached to the surface of the steel member to clamp the steel member by screwing the fastening screw rod; the motion detection module comprises a three-axis gyroscope and a three-axis accelerometer and is used for identifying the state of the steel member; the positioning system is arranged on the to-be-mounted bulk steel component, the mounted bulk steel component and the initial anchor point; the central control system and the positioning system share one PC terminal, carry out wireless communication through the wireless communication module, and adopt different software to carry out collaborative operation.

    本发明涉及一种钢构件吊装倾角调整装置及其使用方法,该装置包括固定装置、夹具、运动检测模块、定位系统以及中央控制系统,固定装置上设有滑槽,吊机吊钩与吊耳通过吊索相连,吊钩连接电动葫芦,电动葫芦能够在滑槽上滑动;夹具包括L型钢板、紧固螺杆和球型支座垫块、对拉螺栓对拉螺杆,紧固螺杆一端连接球型支座垫块,通过拧动紧固螺杆能够使得球型支座垫块中的支座下垫片紧贴钢构件表面夹紧钢构件;运动检测模块包括三轴陀螺仪和三轴加速计,用于识别钢构件的状态;定位系统设置在待安装散装钢构件、已安装散装钢构件和初始锚点上;中央控制系统与定位系统共用一个PC端,通过无线通讯模块进行无线通信,采用不同的软件进行协同作业。
