The invention belongs to the technical field of energy storage cabinets, and relates to an energy storage cabinet PACK hoisting tool and a hoisting method.The energy storage cabinet PACK hoisting tool comprises a movable support, a lifting hoist, a stabilizing frame and a bearing framework, and during installation, the stabilizing frame, the bearing framework and a battery PACK or a battery module are hoisted through the lifting hoist at the same time; then the battery PACK or the battery module is translated to a corresponding mounting position through the movable bracket to be spliced and mounted in a smooth transition manner; through mutual cooperation of the components, the battery PACK or the battery module can still be safely and reliably mounted in the energy storage cabinet in a time-saving and labor-saving manner under the condition that a lifting truck cannot be used due to the limited site and the limited ground environment, so that the influence of site and environment factors on the mounting of the energy storage cabinet is reduced, and the mounting efficiency of the energy storage cabinet is improved. More installation devices and installation methods are provided for installation of the battery PACK or the battery module, so that the installation modes of the battery PACK or the battery module have more choices under the conditions of different environments and different sites.

    本发明属于储能柜技术领域,涉及一种储能柜的PACK吊装工装及吊装方法,包括:移动支架、升降葫芦、稳定架、承重框架,安装时通过升降葫芦同时起吊稳定架、承重框架与电池PACK或者电池模组,再通过移动支架将电池PACK或者电池模组平移到对应的安装位置平滑过渡拼接安装;本发明通过各部件的相互配合,将电池PACK或者电池模组在场地受限、地面环境受限无法使用升降车的情况下仍可以安全可靠、省时省力的安装到储能柜内,从而减小了场地、环境因素对储能柜安装的影响,为电池PACK或者电池模组的安装提供了更多的安装装置及安装方法,使得在不同环境不同场地情况下电池PACK或者电池模组安装方式具有更多的选择。
