The invention provides an elevator balance coefficient measurement method, relates to the technical field of elevator balance coefficient measurement, and solves the technical problem of inaccurate measurement mode in the prior art. The method comprises the following steps: ensuring that a car and a counterweight are in an initial measurement state; a tension measuring device is installed on the rope head combination on the lift car side to measure and record the weight of the lift car side; a tension measuring device is installed on the rope head combination on the counterweight side to measure and record the weight of the counterweight side; and the elevator balance coefficient is calculated. The weight of the lift car side and the weight of the counterweight side are obtained by measuring the pulling force at the rope head combination position of the lift car side and the counterweight side, then the elevator balance coefficient is obtained through calculation, and the balance coefficient obtained through the standard calculation mode is more accurate.

    本发明提供了一种电梯平衡系数测量方法,涉及电梯平衡系数测量技术领域,解决了现有技术中测量方式不准确的技术问题。该方法包括确保轿厢和对重处于测量初始状态;将张力测量装置安装到所述轿厢侧的绳头组合上测量所述轿厢侧重量并记录;将张力测量装置安装到所述对重侧的绳头组合上测量所述对重侧重量并记录;计算得出电梯平衡系数。本发明通过测量轿厢侧和对重侧的绳头组合处的拉力来分别得出轿厢侧和对重侧的重量,进而计算得出电梯平衡系数,此种标准计算方式所得的平衡系数更为准确。
