The invention relates to an LNG ship tail shaft subsection sheet body folding control method and a tail shaft subsection. The method comprises the steps that a sheet body A and a sheet body B are built respectively and then folded; respectively selecting auxiliary reference points on the A sheet body and the B sheet body; determining a correction position, a correction direction and a correction size of the A sheet body according to folding positioning data measured by the total station; calculating the theoretical distance between the auxiliary reference points according to the actual distance between the auxiliary reference points of the A sheet body and the B sheet body and the correction direction and the correction size of the A sheet body; and according to the corrected position, the corrected direction and the corrected size of the A sheet body, combining the theoretical distance between the auxiliary reference points to adjust the folding positioning of the A sheet body, and checking the positioning state of the A sheet body in the adjusting process. According to the method, through introduction of the auxiliary reference points, when the sheet bodies are folded, theoretical folding positioning adjustment is converted into visible data through distance change between the auxiliary reference points, folding positioning of the sheet bodies is facilitated, the folding positioning difficulty is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.

    本发明涉及一种LNG船艉轴分段片体合拢控制方法及艉轴分段,包括:A片体和B片体分别建造后合拢;在A片体和B片体上分别选取辅助基准点;根据全站仪测量得到的合拢定位数据,确定A片体的修正位置、修正方向及修正尺寸;根据A片体和B片体的辅助基准点之间的实际距离、A片体的修正方向及修正尺寸计算辅助基准点之间的理论距离;根据A片体的修正位置、修正方向、修正尺寸结合辅助基准点之间的理论距离调整A片体的合拢定位,调整过程中检验A片体的定位状态。本发明通过辅助基准点的引入,在进行片体合拢时,将理论的合拢定位调整通过辅助基准点之间的距离变化转变为可见数据,方便进行片体的合拢定位,降低合拢定位难度,加快建造周期。
