The invention provides a vehicle air conditioner power supply system and method and a vehicle. The system comprises an air conditioning system and a storage battery, the air conditioning system comprises a ventilator and an air conditioning controller; the first output end of the storage battery is connected with the power supply end of the air conditioner controller; the ventilator comprises a driving unit and a motor, the driving unit comprises an inversion module and a boosting module, and the air conditioner controller is in communication connection with the driving unit; the second output end of the storage battery is connected with the input end of the boosting module; the output end of the boosting module is connected with the first input end of the inversion module; the output end of the inversion module is connected with the input end of the motor. According to the system, an emergency inverter in an air conditioner power supply system is omitted, and the size and the weight of the system are reduced.
