The invention provides a vehicle suspension height adjusting method, electronic equipment and a vehicle, which are applied to the technical field of vehicle control, and the method comprises the following steps: judging whether a user has a get-on/get-off demand or not; in response to determining that the user has the get-on/get-off demand, determining a target suspension height suitable for getting-on/get-off of the user based on the attribute data of the user and the environmental data around the vehicle; and adjusting the suspension height of the vehicle from the current suspension height to the target suspension height. According to the method, personalized services can be provided for each user, so that each user can obtain the most suitable suspension height, and the convenience and safety of getting on/off the vehicle of the user are improved.
