本发明提供一种道砟车风控管路系统及道砟车,属于铁路货车技术领域,将四通接头的接口一连接给风调整阀,四通接头的接口二连接右侧底门操纵阀支管,四通接头的接口三连接第二储风筒连接支管,四通接头的接口四连接压力表支管;此外,将第一储风筒、第二储风筒的单通路法兰接口替换为第一双通路法兰接头和第二双通路法兰接头,第一储风筒连接支管、第二储风筒连接支管直接与第一储风筒、第二储风筒连接,不再需要通过三通接头进行并联转换后再与第一储风筒、第二储风筒连接。本发明减少了法兰接口数量及三通接头数量,降低了整个管路系统漏泄概率,局部管路连接结构布置更合理,占用空间小,同时也进一步降低了制造成本。
