The invention relates to a dismounting method of a flat stand supporting column group in a shallow pit type movable stand. Comprising the steps that steel columns needing to be disassembled are divided into a first row of steel columns closest to a front end inclined stand, a second row of steel columns arranged behind the first row of steel columns and a third row of steel columns; for the first row of steel columns, the inclined stand main truss and the lifting lugs installed on the inclined stand are used for carrying out laying-down and dismounting operation; the second row of steel columns and the third row of steel columns are put down and detached through the steel columns which are not detached on the side temporarily and the nearby lifting lugs installed on the fixed stand; the steel wire rope penetrates through the different combination fixed pulley assemblies and then is fixed to the electric hoist and a hoop of the target steel column. By means of the wheel and rope combination system and the help of the assembly type structure or other nearby structures, the heavy flat stand steel column can be assembled and disassembled in a limited space, operation is convenient, fast and safe, and a brand new solution thought is provided for construction conversion or use of other structures.
本发明是一种浅坑式活动看台中平看台支撑柱群组的拆卸方法;包括将需要拆卸的钢柱分割为最靠前端斜看台的第一排钢柱,排在第一排钢柱之后的第二排钢柱和第三排钢柱;对于第一排钢柱,利用斜看台主桁架以及安装于斜看台上的吊耳进行放倒、拆卸作业;对于第二、第三排钢柱,利用旁侧暂未拆出的钢柱以及安装在固定看台上就近的吊耳进行放倒、拆卸作业;钢丝绳穿过不同组合定滑轮组件后,固定在电动葫芦和目标钢柱的抱箍上。本发明通过轮绳组合系统,借助装配式结构自身或其他就近结构的帮助,实现重型平看台钢柱在有限的空间内的安装和拆卸,操作方便快捷安全,为其他结构的施工转换或使用提供全新的解决思路。
