The invention relates to a wind power hoisting system and a wind power hoisting method. The wind power hoisting system comprises a base mechanism and a hoisting mechanism. The base mechanism comprises a bearing frame, a clamping device and a climbing sling device, the bearing frame is internally provided with an avoiding channel for the tower to penetrate through, the clamping device can move relative to the bearing frame so as to clamp and release the tower, the climbing sling device is connected with the bearing frame and the top end of the tower, and when the clamping device releases the tower, the climbing sling device is connected with the climbing sling device. The climbing sling device can drive the bearing frame to move up and down relative to the tower frame, the hoisting mechanism comprises a hoisting arm device and a counterweight device, the hoisting arm device is installed on the bearing frame in a pivoted mode and used for hoisting parts of the wind generating set, and the counterweight device is installed on the bearing frame and/or the clamping device and is adjustable in position in the radial direction of the avoiding channel. The wind power hoisting system disclosed by the invention can climb upwards along with the rising of the tower, so that the problem of gravity center shift in the hoisting process is reduced, and the stability and the safety of the wind power hoisting system during working are improved.

    本发明涉及一种风电吊装系统和风电吊装方法,所述风电吊装系统包括:底座机构和起吊机构。底座机构包括承载架、夹持装置和爬升吊索装置,承载架内设有用于穿设塔架的避让通道,夹持装置相对承载架可移动,以夹持和释放塔架,爬升吊索装置与承载架和塔架的顶端连接,在夹持装置释放塔架时,爬升吊索装置可驱动承载架相对塔架上下移动,起吊机构包括吊臂装置和配重装置,吊臂装置可枢转地安装在承载架上,且用于起吊风力发电机组的零部件,配重装置安装在承载架和/或夹持装置上,且沿避让通道的径向的位置可调。本发明的风电吊装系统可以随塔架升高而向上爬升,有利于减小吊装过程中重心偏移的问题,提高风电吊装系统工作时的稳定性和安全性。
