The invention discloses an automatic early warning device for the distance between a transformer substation crane and an electrified body. The automatic early warning device comprises a mounting frame, a plurality of first fixing assemblies, a plurality of second fixing assemblies, a plurality of ultrasonic sensors and an alarm, wherein the ultrasonic sensors and the alarm are fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the mounting frame. The first fixing assembly comprises a support and a first screw rod; the support is fixedly connected to the top end of the second side plate of the mounting frame; the first screw rod penetrates through the support and is in threaded connection with the support; a first pressing disc is arranged at one end, close to the lifting hook side plate, of the first screw rod; a first screwing handle is arranged at one end far away from the lifting hook side plate. The second fixing assembly comprises a fixing clamping plate, a fixing plate and a second screw rod; the fixed plate is parallel to the fixed clamping plate and fixedly connected to the bottom end of the third side plate of the mounting frame; the second screw rod penetrates through the fixing plate and is in threaded connection with the fixing plate; a second pressing disc is arranged at the end, close to the fixing clamping plate, of the second threaded rod, and a second screwing handle is arranged at the end away from the fixing clamping plate.
