The invention relates to the technical field of lifting devices, and discloses a prefabricated box culvert reversing frame lifting device which comprises a lifting frame, lifting arms are arranged on the two sides of the lifting frame, the distance between the two lifting arms is adjustable, and two position-adjustable hanging seats are slidably connected into each lifting arm. The front ends of the hanging seats are rotatably connected with two lock clamps which are symmetrically arranged and have adjustable angles, a linkage module for changing the angles of the lock clamps is arranged in the hanging seats, a pneumatic part connected with the linkage module is arranged between the two hanging seats, the hanging bracket is connected with a hanging column in a sliding manner, the pneumatic part is driven by the hanging column, and a distance adjusting part is arranged in the hanging arm. The side clamping, lifting and pressing effects are synchronously achieved, so that the stability of the prefabricated box culvert during lifting is effectively improved, the gap amount between the prefabricated box culvert and a lifting mechanism during lifting is reduced, and then the safety of the prefabricated box culvert during lifting is improved in an auxiliary mode.

    本发明涉及吊装装置技术领域,且公开了一种预制装配式箱涵反转架吊装装置,包括吊架,吊架的两侧均设置有吊臂,两个吊臂的间距可调,每个吊臂内均滑动连接有两个位置可调的挂座,挂座的前端转动连接有两个对称设置且角度可调的锁钳,挂座内安装有改变锁钳角度的联动模块,两个挂座之间设置有与联动模块连接的气动部件,吊架上滑动连接有吊柱,气动部件通过吊柱驱动,吊臂内安装有调距件。本发明通过侧夹持、吊持和压持效果的同步实现,以有效提高预制装配式箱涵被吊装时的稳定度并降低预制装配式箱涵吊装时与吊装机构之间的间隙量,继而辅助提高预制装配式箱涵吊装时的安全性。
