The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting steel wire rope protection devices, and discloses a hoisting fast opening protection tool which comprises a backing ring, a first side lug is fixedly welded to the lower left corner of the backing ring, a second side lug is fixedly welded to the lower right corner of the backing ring, and a notch is formed in the portion, between the first side lug and the second side lug, of the backing ring. A U-shaped groove is formed in the first side lug, an anti-disengaging rod is rotationally connected into the U-shaped groove, the backing ring is arranged in a horn radiation mode, and the radius of the inner ring of the backing ring is 20 mm +/-1 mm. The rear side of the backing ring is cushioned at the joint of the steel wire rope and the fast opening of the steel casting, and the backing ring is tightened by the self-gravity of the steel casting during hoisting, so that the steel casting is clamped by the inner closing angle of the rear side of the backing ring and is prevented from sliding, the steel wire rope is protected by the backing ring, and after the tool is applied, the consumable cost can be saved by 6600 yuan every year, the hoisting process is relatively safe, and the hoisting efficiency is improved. And the cost of consumables is greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及吊运钢丝绳保护装置技术领域,且公开了吊运快口保护工装,包括垫环,所述垫环的左下角处固定焊接有第一侧耳,所述垫环的右下角处固定焊接有第二侧耳,所述垫环位于第一侧耳与第二侧耳之间开设有豁口,所述第一侧耳的内部开设有U形槽,所述U形槽的内部转动连接有防脱杆,所述垫环呈喇叭放射样式设置,所述垫环的内圈半径为20mm±1mm。通过将垫环的后侧垫于钢丝绳与铸钢件快口的连接处,起吊时,由铸钢件的自重力绷紧垫环,使得垫环的后侧内拢角卡紧铸钢件,防止其滑动,从而通过垫环对钢丝绳进行防护,应用该工装后,每年可节约耗材成本6600元,不但吊装过程较为安全,且大大降低了耗材成本。
