The invention provides a construction elevator device and method for intelligently recognizing and controlling loads. The device comprises an elevator cage, an elevator door, a stress strain gauge, a control module and a prompt module, the stress strain gauge is installed at the bottom of the inner side of the elevator cage, the elevator door is installed on the side face of the elevator cage, and the control module is electrically connected with the stress strain gauge and the prompt module; the stress strain gauge is used for sensing the load in the elevator cage and sending a load signal to the control module; and the control module is used for controlling the prompting module to output warning information when the elevator is overweight and forbidding starting of the elevator cage. Whether the load of the elevator cage exceeds the standard or not is judged in real time through the stress strain gauges, and safe operation of the elevator cage can be achieved.
本发明提供了一种智能识别与控制载荷的施工电梯装置及方法。所述装置包括电梯笼、电梯门、受力应变片、控制模块及提示模块,所述受力应变片安装于所述电梯笼内侧底部,所述电梯门安装于所述电梯笼的侧面,所述控制模块与所述受力应变片和所述提示模块电连接;所述受力应变片,用于感知所述电梯笼内的载重,并将载重信号发送给所述控制模块;所述控制模块,用于在超重时控制所述提示模块输出警示信息,并禁止电梯笼启动。本发明通过受力应变片实现了对电梯笼的载重是否超标的实时判断,可实现电梯笼的安全运行。
